About Me

Like many people, my fitness journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic — a time when everything felt uncertain, and my physical and mental health took a hit. I had gained weight, felt lost, and was navigating some of the darkest moments of my life: the end of a long-term relationship, battling addiction, and living completely on my own with no support system. I was at rock bottom.

 

But something in me refused to stay there.

 

I started going to the gym with zero experience and zero confidence. I was too intimidated to even step near the weight section, so I stuck to cardio machines and hoped for the best. Eventually, I hired a virtual trainer, hoping it would help — but the rigid meal plans and unfamiliar exercises left me more confused and discouraged.

 

That’s when I took matters into my own hands. I started learning, researching, and slowly but surely, I built a foundation. I pushed myself through the discomfort — in the gym and in life. I stopped caring what others thought and focused on what I could control. That mindset shift changed everything. I fell in love with strength training. I lost the weight, gained confidence, and earned my first personal training certification — initially just to help myself and a few friends.

 

Today, fitness is more than just a passion — it’s a purpose. My journey taught me discipline, patience, and self-love. It showed me that strength isn’t just physical — it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. Now, I’m here to help others who feel like they’re starting from nothing — because I’ve been there too.

 

Outside the gym, I’m a traveling performer. Fitness has given me the strength and endurance to live fully, on and off stage, and help others do the same.
