Is this program for me?
-Short answer, YES! This is the top tier program that is the best choice no matter your fitness level. I only take on 24 spots at a time for this program so I am able to give as much attention as I can to my clients.
Type of Personal Training:
In-Person Training:
If you're located in Austin, Tx I do offer In-person sessions. These sessions are starting at $125 per session and have different packages from there. In-person training can either be completed in an At-home gym, an apartment gym, hotel gym or I have partnered with Outwellness at 211 E Alpine Road Austin, Tx 78704 if none of the other options work for you.
Online Training:
Majority of my clients are online training clients. This is typically the most cost effective program while still providing you strong support and well rounded programs for you! I am there every step of the way even virtually!
Virtual Sessions:
I offer virtual sessions starting at $65 per session. These session are typically on Google Meet, FaceTime, Etc and I will be on the other end watching and helping you actively with form and learning in general! This is typically great for beginners who can't afford full-in person training OR are not located in Austin.
All In-person training come with all that's mentioned above!

This is the total package!
You will receive the following:

✔ Monthly Check-ins
✔ Basic OnBoarding
✔Message me anytime, I will answer any and all questions within 24-hours on average

Is this program for me?
- If you're the kind of person that just needs the tool and can figure it out from there this program may work for you. This isa more cost effective program that provide majority of my tools you would need to be successful. You will just not have as much hands on support from me.
Why this program?
I developed this program with keeping in mind that some people are a budget, but are motivated and need the tools. I don't think this is 100% the best option, but it is a great option if you're not able to afford full blown person training!
For Personal Training there are many variables that go into your pricing. I highly recommend booking a free consult to get a proper price.
I highly believe my program speaks for itself, so I'm very low pressure sales. I don't blow you up trying to get you to buy with me, I want you here becasue YOU want to be here with me! 🙂
